ASC Pty Ltd is a Government Business Enterprise and a proprietary company limited by shares. ASC is registered under the Corporations Act 2001 and is subject to the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013. All the shares issued in the capital of ASC are owned by the Commonwealth of Australia, represented by the Department of Finance. ASC has established internal committees, processes and Codes of Conduct to support its Board and management, ensuring operational and reporting integrity.

Whistleblower Protection Process
ASC strives to be a good corporate citizen, role model, service provider and employer. The company maintains an open working environment in which all employees, contractors and subcontractors are able to disclose concerns about potential wrongdoing or maladministration.
ASC’s Whistleblower Protection Process provides guidance for employees, contractors and subcontractors on how they can communicate their concerns and/or breaches of the law, policies or unethical behaviour, and outlines the protections available to them.
