Diversity and inclusion
ASC recognises the benefits of a diverse workforce and believes every member of its team should feel valued and respected. The company has developed a variety of initiatives to advocate for people of differing genders, cultures and demographics, and will continue to build on these resources to support ASC’s inclusive culture.
Reconciliation Action Plan
ASC values relationships – with each other, its partners, customers and the communities in which it operates.
In 2021, ASC implemented its first Reconciliation Action Plan, Reflect, and embedded the plan’s actions across the organisation. That RAP provided ASC with a framework to contribute to reconciliation, both within the organisation and with its wider communities in South Australia and Western Australia.
Continuing its reconciliation journey, ASC launched its second RAP, Innovate, in 2023, further cementing its organisational culture of diversity and inclusion.
